The loyalty points will appear on your Treats account within 2 days. By downloading the PetSmart app, you can easily book pet services, receive coupons, and search for pet-friendly places.
You can earn and redeem points on pet food purchases, and pet services including Grooming, PetHotel, Doggie Day Camp, and Training. You can earn 8 points for every $1 spent on shopping.
You can earn points on every dollar you spend and receive a point for every $5 spent on eligible purchases.
Once you accumulate 1000 points or spend $125 on a purchase, you can start earning reward treats. The exclusive deals, offer, and discounts will be sent to your email.
During check-out, you need to provide your Treats account ID from the app or wallet to scan or you can provide your phone number or email address. The points will be earned immediately.

How To Redeem Reward Points
For in-store redemption, you can inform the cashier at the counter to use your points. You need to provide your account ID, phone number, or email address and the points will be deducted from the account during check-out.
For online purchases, you need to log in to your account and continue shopping. Then, select the available treats and click the “Apply” button during check-out.
Members can view their point balance on their account dashboard “Treats” page in the app. The earned points will expire one year after the date they were earned.
