How To Earn Petco Pals Rewards Points?
After creating a Petco Pal Rewards account, you can start purchasing towards earning reward certificates. For every 100 points you earn, you will be awarded a $5 reward certificate through email. These earned points can be used towards savings on future purchases.
The members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on purchases online or in-store excluding taxes, shipping costs, gift card purchases, and donations.
The points and rewards will be added to your account within 5 business days. The members will be given a rewards number which can be used to redeem rewards or to check the earned points.
Petco Pals members can also earn points by taking part in surveys and answering a set of questions. Points can be earned by completing profile information by providing your additional details.
Additionally, Petco points can be earned for purchases made through Petco Pay Credit Card which gives you more points for each purchase. If you spend $500 in the first 90 days of account opening, you will be rewarded a $25 reward.
How To Redeem Petco Pals Rewards?
After logging in to the Petco Pals Rewards account, select the available rewards you wish to redeem and click the “Redeem” button during checkout. The points will be automatically deducted from your account.
For in-store reward redemption, you need to present the reward to the cashier during check-out.
Members can view their point balance on their account dashboard “Pal’s Rewards” section in which your current point balance will be displayed near your profile name. Your receipt for in-store purchases also contains your current point balance.
The earned points will expire if the member’s account is inactive for 180 days. The members need to use the $5 Petco Pals Reward within 45 days after issuance. It will expire if not used before the time limit.

Anyone above 18 years can join for free in the Petco Rewards program. To create an account you need to build a profile by adding an email address, phone number, and other valid details. You can visit petco.com or download the Petco app for enrollment.
