How Does My Chevrolet Rewards Work?
The enrolled members will get a sign-up bonus of 1000 points and an extra 1000 points for completing the profile. The customers earn 6 points for every $1 spent on eligible online or in-store purchases at a participating dealer. For a new vehicle purchase, 20,000 points can be earned.
You can also earn points when you purchase a Chevrolet Connected Service or OnStar Plan. These points can be earned by either going to a physical dealership or through the website.
Before earning points for paid OnStar and Connected Service plans, these services account need to be linked with the members’ My Rewards account.
Online purchase points will be added to the account once the purchased product is shipped. For in-store purchases, the points will be added within a few days and it varies depending on the earning activity.
For example, If you enroll as a member within 30 days after purchasing a new vehicle, you will still receive points that will be added to your account within 15 days of active membership.

The members get opportunities to build up bonus points for promotional offers, limited-time deals, and special events. The earned points can be redeemed online or in-person by purchasing accessories or vehicle parts.

How Much Does My Chevrolet Rewards Point Worth?
With the earned points the members can purchase or lease a vehicle for a discount rate, get paid services, and other bonus unlimited offers like Protection Plans and Data plans. The accumulated points are worth it to get free service at participating dealership outlets.
For example, If you need an oil change or tire rotation for your vehicle, you will get a paid service at participating Chevrolet dealers and earn 6 points for every dollar you spent.
When you purchase a new vehicle you will get 20,000 points and the points are worth $100 towards redemption of allowances.
Additionally, you can earn points by purchasing parts at the dealership or online.
The earned points can be used for a digital voucher that can be presented to the dealer or third-part retailer during the check-out. Recently, printed vouchers are replaced by digital vouchers for easy loyalty redemption.
There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be applied to dealer service. However, only one voucher can be applied for a new vehicle purchase.
The vouchers can be canceled anytime by visiting the dashboard of your account and selecting the “Manage Voucher” at the bottom of the voucher that you wish to cancel. The points will be refunded back into your account.
How Can I Redeem My Chevrolet Rewards Points?
For online redemption, go to the My Chevrolet Rewards dashboard, click the “Redeem Points” button. You can either select the point redemption amount or select the vehicle you want the points applied to and select “Redeem Now”.
For in-store redemption, you need to show the activated digital vouchers to the dealer for eligible purchases or services. The points will be deducted from your account during the check-out.
On the other hand, OnStar and Connected Services offer does not require vouchers. The members will get the qualifying order once they click the “Redeem” button online through their account and it will be applied within 24 hours.
The unused points will expire after 5 years from the date they are earned. Promotional offers and special events may have a shorter expiration date and must be used within a limited time.
The members can see their point balance on the My Rewards dashboard on the Menu section and the current available balance will be displayed there.
