How to Check Costco Purchase History

You can easily check your Costco.com purchase history (up to 2 years) on the Costco.com website:

  1. Go to the Order Status page on Costco.com (you can also find a link to Order Status on the bottom of the Costco.com homepage.)
  2. Sign in with your email address and password
  3. Once in “My Orders,” select the time period you want to check and hit “Find.”
  4. You can see all the orders placed by you within the last 2 years (in 6-month increments)

Unfortunately, the above method only gives you your online purchase history on the Costco.com website. You will not get your in-store purchase history this way.

If you are looking for your in-store purchase history or your purchase history beyond the last 2 years, you can contact Costco customer service directly and ask for their help:

  • Online Chat

    • Saturday to Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time

Tip: If all you want is to find out how much money in total you have spent at Costco (both online and in-store) and you are the Primary member on an Executive Membership, you can get an estimate based on your 2% Reward amount.

Just log into your account on Costco.com and check your current 2% Reward estimate in the Membership Information section of your Account Details.

Multiply that 2% Reward estimate by 50 and you will get an estimate of the total amount you have spent at Costco so far in your current membership year.
