Autoship benefits can be used while purchasing on the website or Chewy app. After enrolling as a member of the program, you can choose “Autoship” and the discounts will be added automatically during check out.

How To Track My Autoship Order?
After making the order, an email update will be sent to you when your order ships. Also, you get a reminder email 3 days before your next scheduled order. The order can be changed before it starts processing.

How to Set Up Recurring Autoship Delivery?
After purchasing items, you can add the items to your cart and proceed to check out. Select the “Yes” option to Autoship to get the discounts and check out your order. Then you can set your schedule to get a recurring delivery by adding the preferred date.
The added frequency delivery can be changed anytime. You can even cancel your order before it has been processed.
How To Reschedule Autoship Order?
You can reschedule or delay your Autoship order. To change the scheduled order, click the “Change” button in the Frequency section. You can select your preferred schedule from the Frequency menu.
This updated change will not affect your next order. The rescheduled frequency of your Autoship order will change after your next order date.
To change your next order, click the “Change” button on the Next Order section and add your preferred date of order. The date change can be made up to 48 hours before your next scheduled order.
To delay your order, you need to open “Manage Autoship” and select the Autoship order that you wish to change.
- To delay the order, select the “Skip Shipment” button.
- To place your order early, click the “Order now” button and confirm your selection.
How To Add Or Remove Items In My Autoship?
To add the items, select the preferred item to be added from the product page and select the “Add to Autoship” button. If you have multiple items to add, you will be asked to select the preferred items you need to add to your cart.
To remove the items, open the “Manage Autoship” button and select your Autoship order. Click the “Remove” button on the item that you want to remove and confirm the removal of the item from your Autoship order.
How To Cancel My Autoship?
If you want to discontinue your Autoship subscription, go to “Manage Autoship” and select your Autoship. Click the “Cancel This Autoship” at the bottom page. This will cancel all future shipments of your Autoship order.
You will not be charged any additional fee when you change or cancel the Autoship subscription.
