Apple One is Apple’s subscription service bundle that lets you access Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade with an increased iCloud storage space of 50GB.
This subscription service bundle by apple was first announced on 9/15/2020 and launched right afterward on Oct. 30, 2020 worldwide.

Apple One currently does not have a student discount, but Apple Music has a student discount for $4.99 that comes with Apple TV+. So it is essentially the same without Apple Arcade and 50GB iCloud storage.
